3. A decent job.
4. I do have a car.
5. One bedroom apartment. (A big deal)

8. I did join the army and stayed in for a long time. That I got my E6.

This reminds me of the movie Her. But it’s far worse in a romantic compatibility, relationship and friendship that is throughout the movie.
