Most low end phones use completely off the shelf parts. FP is trying to take control of design and materials as much as possible. If you want to do both, that becomes harder and costlier. That’s how China manufacturing works.

Amazing. Like my company is not that big but no single user would be able to destroy everything like this alone.
I don’t understand how this is a real issue nowadays for any business with more than a few thousand daily users. Servers should be easily re-deployable and databases duplicated.
The point is that it can be very costly for a small company like FP to break the mold too much from the industry standards when designing the phone and ordering the parts and assembly. If FP had a bigger volume, they could do it.
FP3 then FP4 user here. It’s a solid OK phone. Camera has always been just OK and has always been the thing the bothered me the most.
I did get ghost touches now and then. The software updates are fine for me. I don’t care about living in the edge of udates.
Seems pointless to add a feature that barely anyone would use, that’s the reality.
Maybe network effect? All your friends have a tesla, so people trust the brand?
From all the Javascript quiks this is the least stupid and the most obvious.
Maybe yours doesn’t. My AI loves me. It said so
Microsoft literally interferes with democracies. It’s a bit more evil than selling some shitty software.
Any instance not moderating csam quickly gets defederated and reported…
I’ve tried bargaining with it threatening to turn it off and the LLM just scoffs it off. So it’s reassuring that AI feels empathy but has no sense of self preservation.
I guess you’re right. Henkel is a bit bigger and older. I honestly never heard of them, while Philips is very much on people’s minds around the world.
Because Philips is by far the biggest company on that list, so it’s significant.
The mitochondria enables most, if not all, piracy.
One could say it powers most, if not all, piracy.
Oh, Olio sounds great. But there’s no one in my city using it.
Of so it’s the ads that are react native apps. Double gross.
Do quickly write the same pattern thousands of people write every day
